Mirri, Irrim, Rasmus, Naraline, Veasna, and several others, some are *serebronaga's like Ninqueltolliel and Qxicote. And of course the many members of the Ninquel & Rasmus family tree. Veasna is in fact a descendant of Ninquel & Rasmus.
Anyhoo...this is what I came up with in the wee hours of the morning when I couldn't sleep. It's a bit scattered, and disorganized, but so far I'm liking it. Here goes!

If not for their very similar appearance, one would not have identified them as brothers. They both were brilliant, but while Irrim's genius was obvious, Rasmus's had only showed on a few brief but memorable occasions. Irrim wanted the whole world to know of his genius, Rasmus was almost ashamed of his. He would rather keep his opinions and discoveries to himself. Of course he had to express them in some form, if not he could quite possible go mad. So he kept a journal. It was full of strange diagrams and calculations, and an incredible amount of writing. The writing was unintelligible; not because of an untidy hand (Rasmus had perfect penmanship) but because it was written in code to further seclude it from the world. Though Rasmus was quiet, he wasn't somber, he laughed as often as anyone else. He always had an amused expression on his face as he observed the world. Very rarely did anyone know what Rasmus was thinking. When the odd phrase did escape his lips it was nonsense, seemingly random words strung together, in many different languages. Sometimes they weren't even words, just giberish, but Irrim knew that no matter how strange it sounded, it was sure to be nuggets of golden information. Irrim had begun to suspect that Rasmus was now thinking in the code he filled his journal with.
Irrim was a social creature, not because he craved the interaction, but because he knew that it would help him go far. The more people he interacted with, the farther his reputation of brilliance would spread. Irrim wasn't selfish, he wanted success and notoriety for Rasmus even more than he wanted it for himself. If not for Rasmus, Irrim wouldn't be where he was today. Rasmus was the one who coaxed the intelligence and love of learning from Irrim. Ramus would always pose questions that made Irrim think, and the more Irrim thought, the more he wanted to understand. Rasmus awakened Irrim's thirst for knowledge. For that, Irrim was forever grateful. Irrim had a feeling the Rasmus understood a world more than he ever would. Of course, he never told this to anyone. He wasn't even sure if Rasmus remembered that far back into their childhood, Rasmus certainly never mentioned anything to clue Irrim in on his state of mind.
Irrim longed to tell the world of Rasmus's genius, if only he could crack the code! Irrim stole any glance he could of that journal, but so far it was far more confusing than anything else he'd seen.

They are veeeery interesting. Especially when you think about the opposing sides they took about the Academy. And then Rasmus got a girl and Irrim, the socialite....didn't? Am I missing somethin, there? I feel like I am...and that journal and the code...what an heirloom. Imagine what would happen if VEASNA found it...and cracked the code....and some sort of magic turned her hair red. Huh? Huh?

I was wondering why the frisbee was getting bigger and then it hit me.
Well, I had planned that Rasmus and Niquy didn't meet until the big finale when the academy is falling apart...specifically when Niquy requests Mirri's help in destroying the Academy. Before that none of Mirri's aquaintences knew about Niquy....she doesn't study at the Academy. She's a part of a rebel group that preaches social reform and despised the Academy. So I guess it's love at first sight for those two.
Irrim....is in love with Mirri....but so far Mirri doesn't know it.
Love at first sight. Oh you horrible cliche....follows me everywhere X3 I demand that Niquy finds a way to make it not first sight. Maybe second or third >:3

Of course she does, she doesn't have time for love! She needs to save Pleiwarna from the Academy.
And then Mirri finds out? Awwww, that'd be heartbreaking D:
Maybe?

I'm not quite sure yet, haven't really worked that part out. But it is heartbreaking, I know that......
